The Year was 2000.
The very first Quilt made!
This quilt was won by Terry Conaway of Bleeker and Terry gifted the beautiful heirloom to Betsy. Because she was inspired by the gift Betsy has been contributing squares for subsequent quilts.

Unveiled at the Fulton County Art Show at the
East Fulton Street United Congregational Church
in Gloversville. Each Square depicts a plant or
wild creature commonly found in the Adirondack
wilderness wetlands.This quilt was won by Mr.
and Mrs. David Mattas of Fonda.
